Yea but steam does not know that. The only thing it knows is that you tried to do it several times. That is what a person abusing your card would do too. Yes, if people did not scam or steal, we would not need such systems, but until human society changes and grows up, well, here we all are. Be proactive and do something to change society like me.
I think your mad about society and not the system on steam. That is just a symptom of human society's bad habits at this point. It is like a sickness. It is a symptom. You can be the cure, as even one voice can change things.
