No Uprank after 13 Wins
Hello my dear Steam support because I cant write it in german I have to write it in english now. I have won 13 games now even ones bottom fragg and I´m still silver 1 is there anything wrong with my account i just want to rank up my friend got in this time 3 upranks and he wasn´t even ranked in where we started playing Dust 2. I hope you can fix it and would be very glad if I get a response.

support wont do anything about that matter
