My Steam Client on macOS is having a problem displaying some text where all characters are displayed as '?'. For example:

I have raised this with Steam Support and they have advised the following, neither of which worked

- Try the Beta Client
- Uninstall the app, delete User/[your username]/Library/Application Support/Steam then reinstall the app

This is similar to

but nothing there helps either.

Can anyone help resolve this?
