Has there been a problem. I have had to load steam twice now to my PC in order to access my games. This started on the 7th Oct and again today. Icons to games on my PC (shortcuts) just give me message about access problems. Anyone else had this issue. Hope this reloading Steam is not going to be an everyday thing. Big thanks
