meat is meat, meat is important.
If you prepare fresh meat and stick to normal healthy ingredients and cooking methods, you'll be fine.
If you're slathering it with sauce, 'seasonings', and frying/caramelizing it, then that's colon cancer in the making

the fact that people in the one piece universe use their haki and devil fruit powers to eat massive buffets is relatable. its what i would do too if i had powers
Well yeah but the problem is everyones body is different. Genetics is wild and complicated.
For example me and my partner eat the same things, I cook alot of the meals because they are the one paying the bills. I was drinking a 2liter of pepsi a day trying to keep my phosphorous levels up, They would have a cup every other night with their dinner. Im not surprised i ended up prediabetic, I knew it would happen eventually but I was shocked when my partners blood a1c and fasting blood sugars were way better than the average person lmao.
But what really made me jealous. Their cholesterol is super good, somehow their good cholesterol is double mine and their bad cholesterol is half of what mine is.
It just blows my mind since we eat the same stuff.
We should actually be eating more meat but its so damn expensive so its alot of stuff like tacos or spaghetti where you can add alot of vegetables to it which are thankfully still semi cheap if you dont go to the major supermarkets.
I never have and never will, we all go, it's just a question of when, if I'm eating meat at the time, at least I go happy!
