that new "halloween" game coming out is made by the same devs as the F13th game, and also the recent texas chainsaw massacre game. they make really fun games but they abandon them so fast.

look no further than SOTL. It's not about whether it looks like a painting or has orchestral music. It's about whether it can communicate ideas, and SOTL proves that the video gaming medium can, and it has unique capabilities toward that end just like any other medium.

its worth playing for sure, its a better adaption of "heart of darkness" than the majority of other adaptions. the gameplay itself is nothing incredible, but you are not really playing it for the gameplay.
