When animation is too much animation?
Video games, cartoon animations, stuff like this have animations (duh).
Straight to the point; when in animation something is too animated is too much? Like when there is that one character or detail in a show that is constantly moving while other stuff is like static cardboard cutouts. Any examples of this?

Also I wanted to make a post containing one of these things ;
Semicolon they call it.

1. I don't think I have a limit…but my computer does. :I
2. You used the semicolon wrongly! >:P
(Not capitalized unless proper noun.)

I haven't watched nor read that :v
Sometimes those 2D images that get animated with Adobe Aftereffects have way too much motion, so characters look like they're blowing around in the wind like Whacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Men.
I got annoyed to hell and back trying to play Luigi's Mansion 2 way back because

1) Professor E Gadd thought he was Colonel Campbell and WOULDN'T SHUT UP.

2) Lots of things had an animation you couldn't cancel that lasted for several seconds.
