Private property, in the USA sense, doesn't exist in Sweden. It's called Allemansrätten here.

Private property to me means, you own the house, building and/or land. It doesn't mean you can make your own laws in your property. You still need to follow the laws of the lands regardless.

But more deep diving, you never truly own your property, In the UK you can't simply live there without paying council tax, failure to pay this tax means the government will take you to court and also have the power to seize your property.

Private property requires a external and central authority that can enforce it's existence, without which there are no rules as to what you can or cannot do with someone else's property.

if you have to pay someone or they take it away from you, I guess you don't really own it

Doing highly illegal things in your property MIGHT make it the state's business.

simple, your private property doesn't supersede the laws the illegal immigrants broke.
