You think the migrants who lived in the country over a certain number on months/years should be drafted as well. If they are getting the benefits of the state, it reasons they should do some service as well, and a large number of them happen to be military aged men.

Germany has far too small armed forces considering its size and economic power. I don't know why they were reduced so drastically. Conscription existed until 2010. After that, it was suspended. If they lack volunteers - and they not only lack them in the army, but also in the police or as judges - they could rather, besides having more benefits - change certain practices, because i wouldn´t know why i should defend certain government decisions which favor only a bunch of people, and are in general a result of lobby work, while all kinds of social programs get less funding and services.

For me it looks like perfectly reasonable response to constant provocations, amassing military along the borders, using directed immigrant hordes as a weapon, drone and fighter incursions into other countries airspace, constant jamming of other countries GPS systems, various acts of sabotage including breaking underwater communications cables with shadowfleet tankers and attacking independent nation at EU border.

Some people really dont learn anything from their mistakes...

I think it´s more to funnel money into the weapons industry and certain consultants. It´s free tax money after all.

I mean i´m all for having a modern and working army - but one doesn´t need to act over the top. And i also can´t understand why Europe doesn´t have it´s own satellite systems. Also a good amount of the money would be spend on American weapon systems. These are usually joint ventures, so European companies would also work on them, but the profits go to the US.

I don´t think that anyone is send to Ukraine. What i think is that they try to hire more people now, just so that "Russia doesn´t get any ideas", and that a few years later, the size gets reduced again - while the weapon industry made their profits. Like, certain lobbies and therefore politicians just use the situation to their advantage - and for some reason a good bunch of the population would be behind that. Instead of having more people i would rather have the existing ones have the latest equipment in the first place. I´m also unsure why the weapon industry needs to make profits. It´s a bit comparable to the health complex - it´s a thing for the society / people. There wouldn´t need to be profits.

It all looks like shady business and some kind of bad scheme tbh - while sadly there are too many idiots in the parliaments, who take themselves way too important. And especially for the German army - it´s insane how much money is wasted for certain regulations, consultants, or administration. If they would use this money for the actual army - they wouldn´t have any problems.

It starts with simple things - like i wanted to buy a football, which was 10,-€ on sale, but i couldn´t buy it, because these need to be bought centralized for 80,-€. And it´s like that for almost everything. And then they complain that there is too little money for the army.

You may disagree but certainly there will be WW3 soon. 15-20 years.

Capitalism just doesn't know to reboot itself. Sanctions everywhere, all markets are closed. And the only possible way to reboot everything is war.

The thing is that this time Russia/China and India can say "Enough". To save Europe from itself again? So that again new-dollar system and everything for great Europe? New Marshal's plan?

I don't even understand how people from Poland and 3baltics are so blind. Their countries will be ravaged first, they will devastated like in WW2.

If tomorrow Germany starts blitzkrieg against Russia(who else), what Russia and China should do?
