The world around us can be an indifferent and cold place to suffering. Ask how people are doing around you or wish people a lovely day, simple thing but it can mean a lot to some people

giving to another a meat seed is the ultimate form of simple kindness, and it takes very little effort. simply pluck from your soma a small piece of your essence, and give it to another. they will love it, cherish it, and then plant it in the ground. and eventually it will bloom into a hauntingly beautiful meat tree.

If you have excess food or ingredients that you're not going to eat, cook something nice and give it to friends, family, neighbours or random people.
