Seriously, teriyaki is not that hard.
if you've had issues, you can always call a manager, explain the issue and have the tip removed.
however, I'd only do this for a real situation, not just "but I don't wanna tip".
that being said, if you know a place includes the tip by default, just don't go there.

If they don't allow me to choose how much the tip is I consider it a fee.
It is MY responsibility to decide to give a tip ... not the company or people working there.
That said, I always leave a tip of my choosing. I was a waiter at one point in time.
