statter or not
Hello there. Yesterday, during one MMO game, under load, the power consumption of the 3060 12 gb oc graphics card dropped from 170 Wt to 60 Wt for about 20-30 seconds maybe less, respectively, the fps dropped, I did not have time to pay attention to the frequencies. I didn't do overclocking, all nvidia settings are by default. Then all the readings returned to normal on their own. 12400f, psu 750wt, adata xpg 3600. Tell me if it's a statter or not. The system is stable, there are no blue screens, stress tests are going well, it keeps peak load, for example, in new RE, in 170 wt, and in frequencies too, with ray tracing enabled.

It's just one of those things. Windows sometimes triggers processes when it's not supposed to. I tend to think it was a windows issue.

Temperature throttling? Maybe you need to "improve" the fan curve, get more case cooling or just clean the heatsinks.

Was it just the one time? Sometimes weird things happens. Could even be a windows process going crazy in the background, slowing everything and causing the GPU to not need to "work" as much. So probably the issue was on the CPU or RAM side (or maybe even drive) and the GPU just didn't have enough "work" to do and that is why the power needs went down.

Yeait was the first time, and for the first time in 3 months of the new PC's service, the event log did not record anything.

I wouldn't do anything if it doesn't happen again. Probably just a windows hiccup that messed up with everything else. Check the SSD health/speeds just in case. And try to see (if possible) it was due to some internet issue.

I measured the speeds, within the normal range for this ssd, 558 MB read, 508 write, 99 health, all the others are 100. I was already starting to think that the graphics card had some kind of damage, but I hope to be wrong.
