For a game like HOI4 or similar games I'd prefer not having to repeatedly remove and then readd "-debug -crash_data_log" when I wanna play vs when I want to mod the game, other games like TF2, Portal 2, CS2, etc also tend to have lengthy launch parameters, and sometimes you wanna choose between multiple presets without having to save them somewhere off steam. It would be easier for advanced users of Steam to simply have launch parameter presets that they can switch between.
