Hidden & Favorite (Shelves)
I notice if you have Hidden Items ... you 100% can't not find them via Steam (you have to go to folder/file browser) ... unless they are games. Then games are lumped together under "Hidden". But there's no option (that I can find) to look at other hidden things (software / non-steam / w.e. . etc.)
Along with this, just at your "Home" page (from a terminal), if you try to filter through... you can only segregate Hidden from non-Hidden. These* needs to be fixed -- to say the least.

At the very least,
(because there exists the option for "Favorites" category)
Enable a toggle-box to add to view Hidden games within your Favorites page (please?).

You can Expand your shelves... ...but you can't compact them.
(Not in BigPicture) I have (top to bottom)
• Recent Games
• Favorites
• Soundtracks
• Play Next
• My Games
• VR
• Deck-Ready
• Families
(in that order)
And it is verry tedious / annoying that I have to scroll through these panels ... versus just having the option to collapse them to a single line of text. Considering you can look at the default single column, or clock to expand to see the entire library... why wouldn't there also exist the option to completely collapse your shelves ? *for instance (for me)*
-Boot Steam, click "Home" -- tap Arrows UP, (instead of down) or to Line/Dots even (w.e.), and Shrink-'Recent Games' & repeat for "Favorites" -- so now I am primarily only looking at "What's New" (2× collapsed bars) & Soundtracks -- to scroll a little bit further to see the suggestions / games libraries (etc.)

Please?

I luvsSteam. But it's sooo *Broken.
