It would be nice if we could customize the sound and visuals of unlocking an achievement on Steam. While not only increasing the fun and satisfaction of achievement unlocking, at times it's easy to miss unlocking certain achievements due to the notifications being a small popup in a corner, and the unlock jingle being a bit subtle depending on the current in-game audio, and your computer's audio settings.

Customization of this could be provided directly from the user, or purchased via the Steam Points Shop. With that being said, the current default popup and jingle should stay for those that prefer it of course.

Some extra nifty features for the popups could be "% unlocked" stats being visible (already part of the client while mousing over achievements on the library page for example) and for the rarer achievements, an alternate sounding jingle could play similar to other platforms. A toggleable option to "reunlock" achievements earned again in the future would be fun as well, with a "times achieved" stat visible on that achievement in your profile.
