Try asking in the community forum of what ever game your talking about.

Weird. I don't know how the older ISteamEconomy stuff that Valve games use works, but I do know that it would not be possible for me to show that in someone's inventory and not have it show up in a market listing in the newer ISteamInventory API.

Probably an oversight where they edited one of multiple copies of the function that generates an item description.

I don't know when they added float values in the inventory but that helped a lot.
