Can my friend play with my computer on his computer ?
I want my friend to play dark souls because it's an amazing game, but he doesn't have the money to buy it and to computer to play it.
So.. is there a way for him to play on my computer so the game run well, and he's the one controlling the game in his laptop?

I've heard about remote play, but does he have to already have the game to play?
Thank you

Yes, he has to own the game.

As for the streaming: That's possible but not intended to be used over the Internet.
The remote play system uses LAN discovery, so a VPN is required.
Furthermore, he would have to be signed in on your machine which will in principle violate section 1 C Steam Subscriber Agreement because that would mean the disclosure of login credentials to you and your system is not a shared computer in your household, nor does your friend live in your household.
Also, you will not be able to use your system while he would play the game because in home streaming requires the game to be in the foreground and the game not to be muted to work.
