Has anyone experienced an issue where games are filtered out of store searches, yet no preference to filter out games has been set?

For example, nothing in my preferences (https://proxy.yuanyoumao.com/account/preferences) is set to filter anything out. I'll attempt to post a screenshot, but I can say that on my preferences page, there is no list of tags filtered out, and no list of games to be filtered out. So it's very odd that I would see games I search for in the Store say "this is filtered out by your preferences".

Please share if anyone has experienced this issue before, or if anyone may know if there's something I'm missing. I'll try reinstalling the app next if nothing else works.

Side note, I went to the Help page through Steam to see if I could contact their support, and it just indefinitely loops me back to the preferences page when I click on what I need help with lol.
I.e. I go to Help -> Steam Support -> Data related to your steam account -> Preferences -> puts me right back to the preferences web page that I needed help with lol
