The internet connection disappears when launching a game on Steam

I built my desktop computer three years ago. Before that, I had no internet issues. After moving to a new place, my internet connection started to completely disappear when I launched Steam games. It only happens when I launch Steam games; otherwise, it works perfectly at maximum speed. After I launch a game, my internet connection immediately disappears. As soon as I close the game, it's restored. I don't have an external network card; it's built into the motherboard, and I screwed antennas into it for a better Wi-Fi signal. Windows has "Event Viewer" where you can see all the errors that occur. After reviewing them, I realized that my internet connection was disconnecting due to some issues with the network card. My network card is an "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz.". I have Windows 11 version 24H2 installed. I've already tried numerous solutions: reinstalling drivers, installing older versions of drivers, changing numerous settings on the network adapter itself, and resetting the router to factory defaults. Nothing has helped. Perhaps you have some solutions, because I'm at my wits' end.

We need more info. What version of windows are you using? Your lack of information is actually hurting your case. Please provide more info and we can all help you more on here.

This might be a issue related to the version of windows you have. I heard some people have this, but we have to know which version of windows your using.

Windows 11 Version 24H2. If you need any additional information, please let us know. I'm not new to computers, but I'm also not an experienced hardware specialist, and I may not be aware of any diagnostic capabilities.

Thanks. Yea, that version is known to have issues with network cards sadly. Is there a way you can update to 25h2 windows 11 version? IT fixes the network card issues, but adds it's own issues too. I know some pc's might not be able to do it, or the user does not want to, but if you can, check your pc for windows updates. You should find it under apps, then settings which should look like a gear. Under there, click on the windows updates tab or icon. That should tell you of any windows updates you have not installed or can install.

If not, that video i linked above also have fixes for your issue, but i do not know how effective they are.
