If the EA app is auto logging into that account that means someone had access to your computer and signed into it. Find out who that was. Check with friends and family.
Thus, to remove the link, whoever has access to that something needs to remove the Steam ID from it...
Linking is done from EA's side. removing your Steam account from an EA account amounts to making changes to the EA account. EA is not going to make changes to an EA account you don't not own or control.
This is a bit confusing since you would have had to have logged into EA at some point. Games don't just get added to random accounts. Any friends ever use your PC?
Are you sure you contacted EA support through their processes, or did you start shooting emails at random addresses or something? If you did, and your ticket is still open, you might just need to be patient. Not everything is going to happen on your schedule either.
