I've been trying to write a guide for days, but every time I make a change it is locked by Valve for a full day or more pending a review and is impossible to publish. I decided to give up on one instance with multiple sections, but couldn't even delete it, I just keep getting booted back to the section list. I started again, putting on the info in a single section and writing it all in one go, and five hours later I can't even publish it. Why? I even removed the single link that was there.

I can't save anything, with the "Error: 15" text popping up, and when I look at the preview it says "This item is awaiting analysis by our automated content check system. It will be temporarily hidden until we verify that it does not contain harmful content (e.g. links to websites that attempt to steal information)." every time. Why must it be scanned with every spelling correction? There are no links, and I can't even navigate between sections or previous without it being locked again. Why does it take so many hours each time? It's not even public yet!
