shift tab not working on alt tab
trying to play skyrim. when you alt tab, the game doesnt enable the steam overlay with shift tab anymore. only way to fix is to relaunch the game.

it is on borderless and windowed at the same time as per the skyrim launch options. What i noticed is, if i use my scroll wheel in the game, it makes the page scroll on the second monitor? maybe it's a second monitor issue?
