A scammer did the ussual "oh I accidentaly reported u" thing and the supposed "admin" sent me a recording of an interface with my account and a delete account button. Is this a problem?

its a classic scam only thing you can do is report , block and move on

Is a made up graphic a problem? Only if you think marvel movies are documentaries filmed in real time.
