Can't login to Steam app on PC, Logging loop

Hi, I cant login to Steam app for about 2 months. Browser and mobile login is working fine so thats not internet problem. Reinstaling Steam app didnt help. QR code is blured and when i try to login its loading forever. Turning off windows defender also didnt help. I delete temp files, userdata folder etc. nothing help. What else can i do?

Mine has been like this for months, I even reset my entire PC. hopefully someone knows a fix

Browser and my laptop is working, but I still can't log in to Steam on my main PC.

do u mean like, the qr code finally loaded but it still didnt work, cause that happened to me once
