This was a RTS like a Starcraft .
Story in this game was about a President of US was infected by some virus by evil people and American military use some technology to shrink they military and inject them to body of president to fight off this virus xD
There was 2 fractions Viruses and Human Army i only played demo with 3 missions and 1 skirmish map YEARS AGO

Yeah i looked around. Apparently the license holder did go belly up many years ago so its not being sold anywhere, neither GOG , Steam or anywhere else.
So at the moment there is really no legal way to get a copy except maybe lurking EBAY for a retail disc copy from around 2000.
GOG at least has a "wish" page for it so there other users who want it.

Alternatively, just google the full name "Vital Device: Entrapped by the Queen" and you should find a few sources.
But even if you get a copy, its apparently very hard to get it to run on modern OS, anything over Windows XP needs a lot of tinkering.
