I've been having some serious lag issues with my pc and I'm downloading games at alternating 0 and 400 mbps speed. My whole computer is running pretty slow and task manager says my disk is at 100% even when there's nothing open I've tried so many things I can't even name them all. I've even tried reinstalling windows to no avail. Can anyone please help me??
