The game takes place in a trapped mansion turned lab, all of the enemies are monstrosities sewn together by a mad scientist and one of the main enemies are cheetahs with chainsaws for arms. Quite a fugged FPS.

Another part of the game is a birthday party room that is literally flashing green and red lights with uh...yeah dead people and creatures around a table and has a bunch of cheap deaths, another part where you save a lady in a court yard.

The final boss is frequently compared to a certain youtuber.
