I am running the Linux version of Steam and want to reduce the number of games displayed in the context menu of the Steam Tray Icon. Currently it is displaying 16 games(some which are not even installed), and 2 menu options(Library and Store). Looking in the interface panel of the Settings menu shows no options to change this(apart from adding more menu items).

Preferably I would like to limit it to the 5 most recently played games. Please and Thanks for any help.

I am running Linux Mint if that affects my options.

Adding/Removing items to the menu does not change the number of games displayed(16 games)
