The cause is simple: the game maintains it's achievements itself and according to the game, those are unlocked. So if you lock those achievements on Steam and start the game, it tells Steam that it got all those achievements.
The fix would be to use your "mod trainer" to lock achievements from the game's perspective, use another "mod trainer" to achieve that result, or to suck it up as a mistake of yours.
You do know that has literally nothing to do with this thread at all?
SAM was used to fix a mistake he made with another program.
I'm not sure how, but fair point.
Many thanks! I was suspecting that Social Club was the one causing it, ever since I looked at my achievements in my Social Club account and saw all them unlocked. Even if I remove any achievement on Steam. It won’t have any affect on Social Club.
