favourites Tab in Library Gone :: Steam Discussions

favourites Tab in Library Gone

Hi,

When I go to my library on the left hand side I used to see at the top all of my FAVOURITE games listed, then below that were all my other games.
Now I have no FAVOURITE TAB at all.
I can list ALL games and can select other various options which do not stick and need to be found each time STEAM is loaded.

Is there any way to get back to my original list preference.

FAVOURITES
XXXXX
YYYYY
ZZZZZZ
ect

AL OTHER GAMES
AAAAA
BBBBB
CCCC
etc.

just checked.... still got favourites in my library...

did you scroll up enough...

Did you remove games from your Favorites?
Have you tried adding a game to your Favorites?
Is it still in the tiles under Collections?
Did you maybe hit the filter button for "Show only ready to play games" on or off? (That can change which categories/collections show on the list.)

I have added games to Favourites but they don’t show.
Yes I did click the Filter button. So that could be the problem. I can select “All” and every game I have is listed.
As you guys still have Favourites showing it’s obviously something I’ve done. Thanks for the suggestions I’ll have to go and have another look.

Yeah, not sure what might have happened. Favorites is one collection you cannot delete. I can only think of it not showing if you have "Show only ready to play games" toggled on and none of your Favorites are installed and ready to play.

I just faced the same issue and could fix it by clicking on the downarrow next to "All", and then unticking and ticking or reticking "Group by collection"

The "Favourites" tab then reappeared

Is Steam set to show only installed and none of your favourites are instlaled?

If you still have not found the solution, the problem is likely that you accidentally unchecked "Group by Collections" in your library. You can find it by going to your library, then clicking the drop-down list under "Home".
