Yes there is a fix. Turn on "V-Sync" in the options, then the Robot will work properly.

Go to "Options" -> "Video settings" -> Set "Vertical Sync" to "On".

It should work then.

I'm encountering this problem, and V-sync on has not fixed it. I'm well familiar with LEGO games requiring V-sync to be enabled and always have it on for these games, but Robin is simply standing there not doing anything. He doesn't put down a decoy either. It seems to be a glitch with the tech suit specifically.

I had this problem as well in this specific place although I did not have the decoy yet, the issue was I had to step on the lit up tiles in the middle of the room before being able to use the tech suit to control what was under the tiles. It is a disco floor thing that needs to be stepped on until each part is green and then the suit can be used on the lever.

Holy Rusted Metal, this was not obvious at all! Thanks for telling me what was going wrong there! I'd never realized I needed to reassemble the speakers, the mirror ball, and then stand on the floor underneath.
